My boss wants us to use Milwaukee stuff, I prefer dewalt but other than the weight its not badI'm a former avid Milwaukee tool user/purchaser. I would even purchase a Milwaukee over most other excellent brand names (Bosch) costing much less for the same tool...until this latest purchase. Not one, but both, 18 V Lithium ion batteries failed to even "take" a charge, straight out of the package. No belt hook, etc. etc. (Another attempt at "nickle and dime-ing" you?!!) Quality control is completely non-existent. Is this what has happened to Milwaukee tools?!?...if so, bye-bye Milwaukee! However, I'm very pleased with Amazon's no-hassle refund process.Batteries flashing red and green. Would not charge. Sent back to seller. Use caution when using seller Mainus. Charged 50% restocking fee.Batteries flashing red and green. Would not charge. Sent back to seller. Use caution when using seller Mainus. I would not buy another nor will I try and keep the one I initially ordered.I did find a service center for Milwaukee and they suggested to but a Makita. They said that it is made by the same company as Ryobi.Perfect tool for my jobs at home. One of the two batteries included will not hold a charge.Received as promised and exactly as the description stated. Excelente equipoThe drill and case I received did not match the product featured. The add showed a hard case and I got a soft sided bag . I am sure it works well but I am disappointed with the misrepresentation.Excelente producto!!! El costo vale el equipo.Muy recomendabletout est ok!
